Massimo combines an educational background in law and finance with over 25 years in key business leadership positions including sales, business development and general management. His corporate experience has ranged from large companies (like Johnson & Johnson) to mid-size organizations (like W.L Gore where he was European Sales Leader for the Medical Division) to key roles in several start-up companies in the U.S. and Europe. As a citizen of the world, Massimo has lived and worked effectively on three continents. Massimo’s strategic planning skills combined with a talent for organizational development and innovative approaches to team building make him a valuable addition to Avenues and an important resource for our clients worldwide.
